Qualifying customers are eligible for rebates of $50 or $100 depending on the model purchased. See chart below for tier criteria and rebate amounts. You may also download a Qualified Products List.

Tier Qualifications

A clothes washer must meet the minimum criteria for both Modified Energy Factor (MEF) and Water Factor (WF) to qualify for a given tier. MEF (Modified Energy Factor) is the cubic feet of laundry that can be washed and dried per kilowatt hour of electricity. WF (Water Factor) is the number of gallons of water needed to wash each cubic foot of laundry.

Not all ENERGY STAR^® rated clothes washers qualify for this program.

Each qualified washer will be listed along with the rebate amount for which it qualifies. The rebate amount ($50 or $100) is determined by the washer’s MEF and WF.
