Submitting for your WashWise rebate is easy. Just follow the simple steps below.

How to receive your rebate:

1. Purchase a new qualified clothes washer from January 1, 2012, through December 31, 2012, and install it in the service area of one of the participating utilities.
2. Complete the required sections of the rebate application and sign it.
3. Make a copy of the completed rebate application and receipt.
4. Mail the completed rebate application and a copy of your itemized invoice or sales receipt within 90 days of purchase of clothes washer.
